2024-2025 Trip Schedule:

Below is the trip schedule for this season. This year we are requiring a 50% deposit at sign-up for the overnight trips. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after the deadline date unless there is an illness in your immediate family. Final payment must be made by the deadline date. Rates are for each person. Full payment for one day trips are due at sign-up. The rates for each trip include: transporation, Lodging (for overnight trips), game tickets, driver’s tip and bus snacks.

April 12, 2025 - Lehigh Valley

  • Leave the Giant Center parking lot at 10:00 and travel to Windcreek Casino for some free time. Leave the casino around 5:00 or 5:30pm. Travel from Bethlehem to downtown Allentown for the game to watch the Bears play the Phantoms.

  • Price: $125

    The price includes: bus transportation, game ticket, driver’s tip, and snacks on bus.

    There will be a slot voucher at the casino (at this time it is $25.00). YOU MUST BE 21 TO ENTER THE CASINO

  • DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS APRIL 6, 2025

Events

End of Season Banquet - April 9th, 2025 (This is our last event for the season). Deadline to sign up is March 30, 2025.

Meetings

This year we will be having our monthly meetings at a new location. Starting in September, we will be having our meetings at the Hershey Italian Lodge. The address is: 128 Hillcrest Road, Hershey, PA 17033. You must be a member to join us at the meetings. All are welcome to eat at the Italian Lodge before the meeting and reservations are encouraged if you are meeting people before the meeting to eat dinner. You have to be a member of the Italian Lodge to consume alcohol. No Exceptions!! Meetings start promptly at 7:00pm.

Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month (excluding December) or if there is a conflict.
